Lisa is regularly involved in providing comment on industry publications, and holds positions on several committees and boards including Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia (RIMPA).

Alex is a qualified Engineer with more than 20 years experience working with embedded software and business systems. Alex brings with him a diverse range of engineering skills as well as an extensive practical ability.
Rimon Basaly- Information Management Solutions Specialist
Rimon loves technology and likes to stay up to date on what's available in an ever-changing world of technical possibilities. Rimon has a long history in Senior Management and Leadership positions but started his sales career selling multi-function printers, document management solutions, AV tools and IT solutions. He has a diverse sales background in selling IT end-to-end solutions including Disaster Recovery, back-up solutions, cloud computing, IT hardware and security solutions.
Rimon enjoys working with all businesses regardless of size or industry, and with a penchant for thinking outside the box, he is able to help them by providing the best technology solutions to ensure their organisation is performing as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Michelle Hounslow- Sales and Business Director, Eastern Region
With over 25 years business experience, and over 15 years in the records management industry, filling various roles throughout her career (including TRIM Administrator), Michelle has had the opportunity to work closely with Micro Focus Content Manager (HPE RM/ HP TRIM). Michelle's sales background has seen her develop versatility in leading client relations and developing account opportunities. To compliment Michelle's sales skills, she also has experience with document management projects, electronic and physical records management, TRIM user training and archive training and also managed SharePoint and TRIM integration processes.
Michelle works closely with her customers to understand their business and develop long term partnerships. She is passionate about Records Management and ensuring she us able to provide the best service to our customers.
