“The Content Manager Administrator Training course content was relevant to my current work situation. The trainer, who ran the course, tailored the delivery of the content to suit the individual's attending. She allowed ample time for discussion as well as encouraging the participants to share experiences and ideas. This networking opportunity with people from different organisations provided great insight into how other agencies manage their records and their recordkeeping systems. I would highly recommend this course to staff who are involved in the maintenance of HPE Content Manager.”
Lesley Annamalay, University of WA.

"EJ (Elissa) just like ALL other members of the Information Proficiency team I have had any dealings with most certainly “Knew her stuff…” I found EJ to be friendly, knowledgeable, extremely informative, and above all very clear and concise. I walked into the training session with no knowledge whatsoever about how to create workflow templates, as I have only ever been more of an "end user" of workflows. But I learnt how to create various types of workflows, rolling back, suspending workflows, testing, importing, exporting, and the different ways we can and will benefit from using workflows. Also how to make them “visually” easier to comprehend."
