    3. c. We will only collect the information contained in that application form if you submit the form to us. If you cancel the application prior to submitting the form, the information you had entered will be automatically deleted.
    4. d. We do not store or collect credit card or debit account details. Payment details are entered directly into the banking portal at the time you provide those details.
    5. e. We will record your e-mail address if you send us a message.
    6. f. Our website uses Google Web Analytics which may collect cookies containing the following information:

        • ii. The number of times each page is viewed and for how long

  1. g. If you visit our office locations, we collect CCTV footage of the external property areas. This footage is stored for 7 days and overwritten. Footage may be provided to law enforcement upon request or if lodging a report with the Police.

2. How Your Information is Stored 

  1. a. The personal information you provide us will be stored in secure business systems to protect against unauthorised access, destruction or disclosure.
  2. b. Personal information that is no longer required to be retained is destroyed securely.

3. How Your Information is Used 

  1. a. The personal information you provide us will be used for the primary purpose for which it was collected including but not limited to:
    1. i. Order fulfillment
    2. ii. Providing customer service to you
    3. iii. Providing newsletters, updates, or notifications; or

6. Disclosure of Personal Information Outside of Australia  

  1. a. We may disclose personal information, such as email addresses outside of Australia to third party contractors and suppliers, including in Canada, United States and European Union.
  2. b. When you provide your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information outside of Australia and acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that overseas recipients handle that personal information in compliance with this Privacy Policy. We will take steps to ensure that any overseas recipient handles personal information in a way that is consistent with this Privacy Statement.
  3. c. When you communicate with us through a social media network service such as Facebook or Linkedin, the network provider and its partners may collect and hold your personal information overseas.

ADM may be used to assist or support a human in the decision making process such as generating a rating, evaluation, recommendation, flagging, risk level, or assessments.
